TRC4

Public Alliance was in on the ground floor as UT Health San Antonio (UTHSA) began to stand up a brand-new initiative: The Trauma Research and Combat Casualty Care Collaborative (TRC4). TRC4 is a research entity focused on addressing the critical need for improved trauma care in the U.S. It was established in November 2023 by the UT Board of Regents and funded in part by the Texas Legislature. It operates out of UTHSA and serves all UT academic and health institutions.

UTHSA retained Public Alliance to develop the organization’s branding and all marketing and communications assets. This work began with a discovery meeting with all TRC4 and UTHSA Marketing Communications staff and stakeholders to discuss and determine their goals, vision, and tone for the TRC4 brand and communications. Our creative work included the design and development of a new logo (and accompanying brand guide), tagline, identity package, and website. We are also tasked with the design and development of all TRC4 branded marketing collateral items for the organization, including brochures, signage, and event-related branded paraphernalia. Other marketing and communications work includes videography, media relations, community and inter-governmental relations, and social media management.
