Since 2005, we have supported federal agencies, healthcare systems, and higher education institutions with strategic campaigns, digital infrastructure, recruiting initiatives, and public outreach programs.

Defense Health Agency
U.S. Defense Health Agency (2017–Present)
Public Alliance provides ongoing marketing, recruiting, and digital communications support to the U.S. Defense Health Agency (DHA), supporting nationwide initiatives targeting civilian healthcare professionals across more than 350 global locations.

Scope includes the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel recruiting campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, and applicant conversion. Services include campaign strategy, media planning and buying (digital, print, and OTT), website design and development, SEO, event marketing support, and ongoing performance optimization. Public Alliance also conducts recurring audience research and focus groups to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.

In addition, Public Alliance led a comprehensive ADA website accessibility remediation initiative, aligning DHA digital properties with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards to support compliance, usability, and inclusive access across federal audiences.

Public Alliance serves as a long-term strategic partner, supporting the agency’s national recruiting mission through scalable, data-driven marketing and communications infrastructure.

US Air Force

U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Center (2023–2024)
Partnered with AFCEC, a component of the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, to support strategic communications and visual storytelling initiatives. Public Alliance led the design and development of a 50-foot Heritage Wall Mural at Joint Base San Antonio–Lackland, visually capturing AFCEC’s mission, history, and key milestones.

Scope included concept development, historical narrative translation, large-format environmental design, and production-ready asset delivery. The final installation serves as a permanent visual communications piece reinforcing organizational identity, mission awareness, and stakeholder engagement.

State, Higher Education & Public Sector Experience

Trauma Research and Combat Casualty Care Collaborative (TRC4) Logo

UT System – Trauma Research and Combat Casualty Care Collaborative (TRC4) (2023–Present)
Public Alliance supports the UT System in the launch and ongoing development of the Trauma Research and Combat Casualty Care Collaborative (TRC4), a multi-institutional initiative established by the UT System and funded in part by the Texas Legislature to advance trauma care research.

Scope includes full brand development and integrated marketing communications, beginning with stakeholder discovery and strategic positioning. Deliverables include logo design, brand identity system, messaging framework, and website design and development. Public Alliance continues to support TRC4 through ongoing creative production, including marketing collateral, event branding, videography, media relations, social media management, and stakeholder communications.

Public Alliance played a foundational role in establishing TRC4’s brand and communications infrastructure, supporting its successful launch and continued growth as a statewide, multi-institutional initiative.

UT Health San Antonio

UT Health San Antonio – Institutional & Departmental Support (2018–Present)
Public Alliance is a long-term partner to UT Health San Antonio, providing integrated marketing and communications services across multiple schools and departments, including the School of Nursing, School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, and the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health.

Services include branding, public relations, campaign development and execution, digital marketing (social media, paid advertising, and website design), event planning and marketing, and video and photography production. Work supports student recruitment, program awareness, community outreach, and institutional communications across diverse healthcare and academic audiences.

UT Health Houston

UT Health Houston (2021–2023)
Public Alliance supported UT Health Houston in the development and launch of the Heroes Helpline, a 24-hour crisis support line serving first responders.

Scope included brand development, messaging, and integrated marketing support. Deliverables included logo and identity design, copywriting, print and digital creative assets, and the design and development of the program website (heroeshelpline.org). The initiative supports awareness, accessibility, and engagement for critical mental health resources serving first responder communities.

University Health

University Health (2021–2022)
Public Alliance supported University Health, a Level I Trauma Center, in the development and execution of a public awareness campaign for Operation B.R.A.V.E., a program serving individuals living with HIV.

Scope included campaign strategy, branding, messaging development, and multi-channel creative execution. Deliverables included digital advertising, social media campaigns, and banner advertising designed to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage community engagement around HIV prevention and support services.

The campaign positioned “Life Unlimited” as a message of empowerment, promoting access to care, reducing stigma, and supporting improved public health outcomes.

The Center for Health Care Services

The Center for Health Care Services (2013–Present)
Public Alliance is a long-term partner to The Center for Health Care Services, supporting community outreach, public awareness campaigns, and integrated marketing and communications initiatives focused on mental health services.

Scope includes branding, campaign development, media planning, and ongoing creative support. Public Alliance has also designed and developed multiple websites for CHCS and affiliated organizations, including CHCS Foundation, Mental Health U, and Center Care Health & Wellness.

Additional services include video production, photography, and recruitment advertising to support workforce initiatives, as well as digital marketing and communications efforts that enhance community engagement and access to services.
